The rehab was very good and the staff were excellent. The facility is very clean and welcoming. It's a great facility with kind, friendly staff. Ashley, the nurse supervisor, is one of the most competent nurses. Nelson, Jessica Q., Melissa, Kayla, Joanna, Amy, Taylor, and Nan provide the absolute best nursing care. Jen (scheduling and transportation) is amazing and incredibly accommodating. Bill is a competent and responsive business manager. Joann and Stephanie offer a diverse and exciting lineup of daily activities that keep residents busy and entertained. Kengie is phenomenal - a caring and capable administrative professional. The therapy department works hard to get residents back on their feet. The management team is highly regarded for their commitment and selflessness.

They are always short staffed because staff are always calling in sick, and there doesn't seem to be a reserve list of staff they call, leaving residents to suffer. Some of the management team do not seem to be interested in doing their job to the best of their ability.
