Management seems very poor, most servers hate their job as with most employees at Willow. The staff went above and beyond to help us and we were very grateful for that. Making the decision to move a loved one out of their home is difficult. They really took the time to get to know not only him but myself. I never had to worry at night anymore they gave me a great sense of comfort knowing that they loved him and took good care of him. When he passed at the funeral I looked up to see staff coming in one by one to pay tribute to him including the administrator Donna, the head nurse Jean, the sales girl Benna, Connie the activities director, Linda the secretary, and even the Maintenance man Marcus came. There truly are good assisted living places out there and this is one. Friendly staff and great place for mom. We have made many great friends, enjoy many activities and are grateful every day that we are here while we are healthy and able to take advantage of all Willow Valley has to offer. The assisted living section looks very nice.Willow Valley Communities is a highly recommended place to live and work. The community offers outstanding amenities and a supportive environment for residents. People appreciate the friendly staff, beautiful surroundings, and the wide range of activities available.
