The staff is wonderful, with the nurses and CNAs described as great, and Rochelle Little CNA and Logan the therapist noted as amazing. Bobbi goes above and beyond in patient care, communicating with families, and coordinating with providers. Kayla and Kirby have done a great job making the stay very comfortable. Rochelle Little CNA is the best aide, incredibly caring and appreciated by patients and families. Latoya is amazing; the level of care and nurturing by the staff is incredible. Margaret in the Business Office is amazing; she is caring and helpful to residents and families. The PT staff was wonderful; therapy is excellent and helps residents progress. Altenheim is a wonderful place; the staff are attentive, residents get good care and food, and the facility is clean. Mida from Assisted Living is the greatest; she is loving, caring, compassionate, positive, and encouraging to residents. The grounds are beautiful and there are many activities, providing a well-rounded experience for residents.
They treated him like crap. They left him alone during dialysis and didn't help him off the machine. His dinner was left sitting out for hours. He hadn't showered in days. They were rude to him when his toilet clogged. The facility had bedbugs in the rehab area, plus mice and ants. The staff was unprofessional. It was not a good place to send a loved one. Four residents died there in the last month due to neglect and not being turned every two hours. The management hid problems and the place should be shut down. The weekend staff totally stink.
