The new social worker with tattoos and short hair is very professional, understanding, and treats residents like family. Buckeye Terrace is a great place with good people. Emily, the blue-haired nurse, is the best thing about the place; she knows what patients want and need at all times. The new staff team is cohesive; rooms are cleaner, food is better, and staff supports each other.
