• They also painted, put down new carpet and have made other changes to the extent that it looks like an institution instead of a happy home.

• We had the event director visit with us, and she agreed that she is struggling to get people involved in things.
• Our father has been independent and on his own for many years so this has been a substantial life style change. He is not happy and wants to leave.
• The problem is that the sound of the furnace makes a bang noise when it starts, and a vibration while it's running. No one can seem to fix this ongoing problem.
• There is a digital picture show on the wall of one of the hallways showing the events that are coming up for the month. The seniors would have to stand there for several minutes to read through the show. In our opinion, this is not a great idea for seniors.
