Lena is always very friendly and greets people by name whenever she sees them, whether at the front desk or on the floor. Amira goes out of her way to take extra special care of residents. Ameria has been such a help to my mom. Amerah is an asset to the facility, always willing to help with her beautiful smile. Zachary, the plant operations director, goes above and beyond to be helpful and to get things done in a timely manner. Monica Coffey and Damion Sanders make families feel welcome and are always willing to answer questions. The staff is amazing and welcoming. Scottie goes out of his way to make residents feel comfortable.
The staff come to work under the influence and don't care about residents. The facility is consistently understaffed and care is inconsistent. A resident was verbally assaulted and physically mistreated by an aide, and later died. There is a wrongful death lawsuit filed against Carriage Court.
