They care for the residents and have created a wonderful community. The staff are amazing and very thoughtful. The home offers a smaller, home-like atmosphere with friendly staff. The facility has dedicated staff and compassionate care. It is a great place for loved ones. The home is locally owned and operated, offering a personal touch to caregiving. The staff are wonderful, and the new owners are doing an awesome job. Nicole Burks, the new owner, works with residents, cooks for them, celebrates birthdays, leads arts and crafts, and makes facility improvements to create a more home-like and comfortable environment, delivering excellent care. The care provided is excellent. The team provides attentive care in clean homes with balanced meals and meaningful interactions; the staff genuinely care about residents. The environment is very family-like, and the staff care for residents, making them feel at home. It is ideal for loved ones with advanced dementia, offering a home-like environment with 24/7 attentive staff.
The staff were described as unprofessional. The reviewers had a very bad experience and would not recommend the community. Care failures included trouble feeding the resident and dehydration requiring hospitalization.
