It is described as the Disneyland of assisted living facilities - a dream come true. The staff at Sterling Ridge have been wonderful. Kelsey was fantastic in guiding them through the process. Very unsupportive leadership lacking the knowledge to properly train and retain the highest quality of staff members. When someone you love finally earns the trust of their care staff and is told they have moved on, it's devastating. They treat the residents with disrespect. Heritage at Sterling Ridge was fine, but the apartments were smaller, and the ceilings were lower. The service was a little slow.
