• The staff at the facility is highly knowledgeable and always willing to go the extra mile.

Cons

• The nursing staff is completely inattentive.
• The rooms are completely without personality, basics such as soap were unobtainable and it wasn't clean.
• Mother was supposed to be there for rehab but checked out in worse shape than when she arrived.
• These people seem to want to make her an "invalid!"
• Broken equipment, negative attitudes AND THEY NEED A NEW COOK!
• This place had him sedated and it seems as though he was never assisted in physical therapy even after 3 months in this facility.
• Sometimes I ask them for something, like compression socks or an extra mat for my mother because she tries to stand up from her bed, and after a month and a half it didn't happen. No socks or mats.
• Some patients have to wait about 45 minutes to get their food, and I don’t know why they take so much time.
• When the residents there need something, like a Kleenex or coffee, there is nobody there. If there's someone there, they don't care or they don't listen to them.
