The facility is horrible, especially at night and on weekends when staffing is questionable. Patients lie on the floor in diapers screaming for help. A family member passed away there after six weeks. The family was never refunded the monies due for the three-plus weeks after the passing. No one answers the phones or routes calls to the correct person. The building is horrible and the place needs an inspection.
