The staff are great, caring, and amazing. The environment is friendly and the patient care is wonderful. Mountain View staff are kind and attentive throughout a resident's stay. The facility is clean and well-maintained, with regular updates on care. They feel residents are in good hands. Night nurse Jose is an excellent caregiver for the elderly; Director of Nurses Vicky is an excellent leader. CNA Rosa is a very caring person; Illiana (Social Worker) is extremely helpful. The food is delicious and the dietary staff are helpful. The bedside manner is outstanding and staff are quick to tend to all needs. Debbie Aguilar (Admissions Coordinator) is professional, respectful, and helpful. The staff are exceptionally helpful and work around the clock to provide hands-on support; residents' well-being is the top priority. Mountain View is often described as a place where loved ones are well taken care of and treated like family.
