They were very pleased with the facility. The employees were great. They would highly recommend this center. The staff were very helpful in assisting residents. Everyone was very friendly. The Cedar Ridge staff do a good job. Cedar Ridge has made them feel better because they take good care of their dad. It is one of the better nursing homes. The staff are always helpful and meet residents' needs. They gave special recognition to administrator Kenya and nurses Korean and Tiffany. Kathy was in great spirits and praised the staff. The staff they met were very professional and responsive to residents' needs. CNAs provided great care throughout the stay. Tammy was outstanding, kind, and attentive to residents. Nurse Kia was nice, smiling, and gentle, and genuinely concerned about pain. Ashley J. is amazing and brings happiness to the residents' wing. They are very happy with the decision to move their sister there. Thanksgiving at Cedar Ridge was wonderful; staff went above and beyond.
There is no AC in the rooms, which is not good for a COPD patient. No one will ever answer the phone.
