The Colonnade is marvelous. The Colonnade is above any facility they've visited. The staff are loving and kind. The staff are attentive and know the residents' names and capabilities. The Colonnade is clean, well maintained, and safe. The Colonnade has a wonderful director. They listen to concerns and act on questions. The amenities and activities meet residents' medical, physical, social, emotional, and spiritual needs. Family access to residents is easy.
Mike, the Director of Nursing, and Lisa, the Executive Director, are running the business into the ground. Although the residents of the facility are outstanding, the executive leadership needs to be replaced. Unfortunately, this facility lacks both compassion and respect, which are key components of a successful facility. The directors and administration don't know how to run a facility and went off their staff to do it. Now they are firing staff for their mistakes and too bull headed to realize their mistakes. Incompetent directors and administrators. They lie to residents family members. The marketers will tell you anything to get your monthly check, and then will not follow through on their promises.
