The rooms and dining area are beautiful. The staff goes above and beyond every single day. Mom received the absolute best care for three years and was treated like family. They truly loved her and treated her like family. Country House is a very nice, clean facility with wonderful staff. The staff is great and the facility is amazing; the workers are nice and helpful and they organize fun events for residents. The staff are very caring and understand each resident's individual needs. The food is amazing.
They did not have a good experience with this facility. The care for their loved one was not a priority with the staff. They changed the resident's medicines after one month of moving in, four at once, which caused the resident to have a terrible reaction, and the resident was evicted. The staff did not understand that medicines take time to gradually start and to remove a medication slowly before discontinuing, which led to a low score.
