Sabrina, the Director of Community Relations, is professional, compassionate, and incredibly knowledgeable. Joyce at the front desk is friendly and makes visitors and residents feel at home. The staff go above and beyond to make residents feel loved, with excellent service from maintenance, housekeeping, and dining staff. The food is delicious and the dining options, including the Bistro, are top-notch. The campus offers abundant activities and outings that keep residents engaged and connected. The facilities are beautiful, well-maintained, and luxurious with high-quality amenities. Residents feel safe, valued, and like part of a family in The Park at Surprise.
They have a very bad wasp infestation, and won't do anything about it despite numerous complaints. The Park at Surprise was very expensive. The Park at Surprise didn't have food 5 days a week, 3 meals a day. There is no green area for the residents.
