The Serenity staff is absolutely great. Serenity stands apart as an example of how to get it/do it right. The staff here is amazing and treats the residents as if they were family. The staff became a second family; the care was tender and kind, and the facility was beautiful and well maintained. Every one of these Earth Angels is loving, caring, cheerful and interested in Mom's well being and that of family members. The home is newer and very well maintained, providing residents with a homelike atmosphere. The people and staff made her life worth living again.
They were not happy with the decision to move mom to the memory care section because of how the facility was set up. They acknowledge that nothing is perfect and that things can happen.
