    Cons

      Review

Integrity is the first word that comes to mind when I think of the owner and this location. For over a year I have worked consistently with Brian, and his communication is top-notch, his care for clients is unparalleled, and his commitment to a flawless state audit speaks to the backbone of his character. It's clear to me and to those around him that he is one of the most stand-up businessmen I have ever met, and as a United States veteran, he deserves and has earned respect in every sense of the word.

Recently I was under the care of Right At Home Peoria after surgery. The caregivers were professional, friendly, and worked very hard to make the recovery easier. Brian and Tabby were deeply compassionate as they coordinated my care, and I highly recommend this care service based on that experience.

Based on my needs, Right At Home matched me with a wonderful caregiver. She brings a cheerful smile and a ready willingness to help. She works quickly and carefully, and she has great experience and confidence. I also had contact with the nurse at one point and met the owner early on; I was impressed by everyone involved and felt very well cared for, which is why I am so inclined to recommend them.

Right At Home is a great company that provides great care. They listen to what is needed, respond promptly, and offer fair pricing with clear communication. They are responsive to phone calls and take the time to ask a lot of questions so the care provided is truly tailored to the client's needs.

My mom lives in a very remote area, and Right At Home was able to get care to her almost immediately after my dad passed away. This kind of service is ideal if you don't live nearby but want someone you can trust to look after your loved ones.

I'm glad that we found Right At Home because you take good care of me. They were with me when I entered the hospital and did not leave my side. It was incredibly thoughtful of them to remember my birthday and bring gifts.

Right At Home is an excellent program. Management and staff communicate very well with us to keep us up to date. They listen to what you have to say and always make sure the client is pleased. Before we started with Right At Home, I was concerned about how the caretakers would treat me, my husband, and my home, but after six months of service I am absolutely pleased and would continue to recommend them to friends and family.

I don't know what I would have done without Right At Home. I had a very intricate medical and financial situation, and Brian and my amazing nurse Dora dedicated significant time and resources to make my impossible requests happen. More than anything, I could tell that Brian is genuine and empathetic, truly caring about his customers. He does his best to work within your budget and ensures you get exactly what you need. Thank you, Brian, Dora, and Right At Home.

They provided excellent in-home care for my dad, and I am so thankful to have them. They are caring, dependable, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. My dad was able to stay independent much longer thanks to the CNAs from Right At Home. I would use them again and would happily refer them to anyone needing home assistance.

Amazing and caring company. Brian listens to your needs and gets right to work on your behalf. I highly recommend working with Brian; he cares deeply about his clients.

Polite, timely, and consistently reliable. I'm very happy with the helpers we've been assigned. They give their full attention to their work and make the day enjoyable for Sue. I appreciate and would recommend this agency.

We've had a great experience with Right At Home in Peoria. Finding quality care for your loved ones is hard and stressful, but Brian, the owner of Right At Home, and his team of caregivers have made the process much easier for our family. I would recommend Brian & Right At Home to everyone looking for care for their family.

Really great company. I've worked with Brian and his team personally and know how professional they are and how much they care for their patients.

If you're looking for trustworthy, thoughtful, and responsive in-home care, Right At Home Peoria stands out. The combination of a veteran-owned leadership, compassionate caregivers, transparent communication, and willingness to tailor services to complex needs creates a care experience that families can rely on during some of life's most challenging times.
