The facility is nice. The staff are friendly and the vets are always in good spirits. The staff provide excellent service. The facility is clean and well-kept, with secure surroundings and homes that feel homelike. Housing is clean with private rooms, large common areas, and kitchens in each home. ASVH offers unparalleled care, with outstanding staff, food, therapy, and environment. It is a beautiful place where loved ones are well cared for.
Shantel is probably one of the worst workers there. She is very rude and does not know how to communicate. She needs to work from home where she does not have to deal with many people. The DON Shantell is unprofessional. The phone number on the Google website is not correct.
