The staff at Visions Senior Living Mesa were nice and helpful during the tour. The location of Visions Senior Living Mesa is great, close to shopping and food. The staff at Bee Hive Homes were friendly and accommodating. The people at Bee Hive Homes were very nice.
The staff does not ensure each resident has basic needs of life, including food. They also didn't even try to get him up to walk around and just left him either in bed or in a chair. There is absolutely no communication from this facility unless myself or a family member called and asked very specific questions. When we brought this to the attention of the director, his response was to redirect and try to blame us for things totally unrelated and unfounded. Visions Senior Living Mesa was old looking, dumpy, with an awful paint job and outdated facilities not maintained well. Bee Hive Homes did not disclose certain information that could have affected the decision-making process.
