The shower aide was very professional and made residents feel comfortable and well cared for. Delores, the activities director, is a gem.
This facility has been the second-worst experience their family has ever endured. Personal belongings were lost, false and misleading reports were written, and dishonesty seemed to be routine. Most alarming of all, their loved one suffered neglect and a complete lack of proper care. This Place is Evil! My father stayed here for a couple months and deteriorated rapidly into a human zombie. You put my best friend on a broken bed and would not give her medicine from the hospital. This place is the worst; my mom never has water, her food is cold, she is soaked, and it’s always short staffed. Don't put any loved one here. Totally zero stars for this place; it doesn't take care of patients, it doesn't clean sheets, and it withholds therapies. This place needs to be shut down immediately; they do not care for their patients, and their attitude toward visiting loved ones changes. An elderly man had urine and blood stains on his bed sheets and not once had it been changed.
