The staff from management to nursing, PT and OT were supportive and engaging, and the activities director checked in daily. Nurse Maria and Social Worker Crystal were highlighted for going above and beyond. The rehabilitation department is outstanding, with Mindy and Jen being wonderful; Jose is the best CNA and Eddy the best nurse; the activities staff are wonderful. The therapy team is excellent. The nursing care was excellent. The staff are committed to providing five-star care to residents. The facility is very clean, and the staff are kind and invested in patients. The staff are amazing, caring, and compassionate, and families are highly satisfied.
