The staff are A+. The care my family member receives is uncompromising compassion. The Motorcycle and car show was really good. Great people, great place. They have lots of extra activities for residents to join in. The nurses called her Momma, and they treat all their patients with respect and genuine concern. Great staff who give the best care to the Veterans who live there. A great place for Veterans to get support and care from the Washington State Dept of Veterans Affairs. Wonderful place for Veterans to live at that stage in life.
The facility staff have been mentally and physically abusive toward residents. The facility failed and neglected a family member, ultimately causing her death. All the employees there should be ashamed of themselves. The VA and ROYAL should not be sending Veterans here. This place should be shut down. There is an unhealthy environment with drugs being used on the premises, including meth. The supervisor is not performing her job.
