The new administrator, Gabriel Dixon (Gabe), is one of a kind. The admission team at Rosedale has an AMAZING admissions person who really went the extra mile. The facility presented very well, clean, and welcoming. The customer service from everyone encountered was top-notch. My mother has been receiving excellent care at this center; the entire team is professional, compassionate, and attentive. Her social worker, Tewana (Ms. T), is especially helpful - always kind, supportive, and proactive in coordinating her care.
