The staff at NHC Franklin is great and highly recommended for long-term skilled nursing. The facility is really clean. The staff seem caring, and communication is great. The receptionist's smile reflects compassionate care, a clean atmosphere, joyous relationship building, and thoughtful, tasty meals. The administrative team and staff have shown dedication in addressing concerns. It started to feel like home for the mom and her family. The facility is extremely better than the previous place they had experienced.
