They are wonderful people who provided exceptional respite care; the resident adored them, and the feeling was mutual. They took exceptional care of their brother; the staff were kind, helpful, and kept him comfortable. The staff from the front desk to housekeeping, assistants, and therapists were courteous, professional, and friendly; the facility was very clean and attentive. The staff were very nice and welcoming; the facility is clean and friendly. Pennypack Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is a friendly and safe place for rehabilitation. The DON is phenomenal and very caring; the case manager was helpful, and the therapy department is supportive. The administration is hands-on and responsive, making transitions smooth. The facility is beautiful, well-maintained, and the environment is positive; they would highly recommend it for short-term rehab or long-term care.
