Every single person from administration to the CNAs have been more than supportive and kind. They treat the residents good. Great nursing & support staff, very friendly & caring. Clean rooms with a feel of home. She got to paint again, haven't seen her that happy in a long time.
The administrator needs to be fired. She hides illegal actions of her employees. She keeps employees that steal from the residents and the facility. She has no experience in actually working with the residents, never been a CNA or nurse. She has no heart for the residents. She refused the correct COVID protocols and fired good employees, then rehired abusive ones. They don’t accept Humana insurance. They are illegally asking visitors to wear a muzzle, which is against the Bill Of Rights, HIPAA Rules, and the laws of the Supreme Court. They are trying to take away your freedom!!!Vian Nursing & Rehab is best suited for families that prize a warm, home-like atmosphere with highly personal care from frontline staff.
