The facility is wonderful, with a great administrator, Director of Nursing, and Assistant Director of Nursing, and the staff are always greeted with a smile and are very helpful. The place is great and gets better every day.
The staff lied about the grandfather being aggressive, a label that was not true and ended up on his record. The staff were not trained to do their jobs. The facility failed to provide the promised care, and the grandfather ended up hospitalized with a rash. The facility is an absolute ridiculous joke and does not provide adequate care.
