Very nice and clean with a great staff The management and staff at Rae Ann Suburban strive hard every day to take care of the residents. The therapists in both physical and occupational therapy are great. They are very concerned about your care and are excellent at helping you achieve your goals. Beautiful establishment. Everyone was very friendly and helpful during my visit with my Uncle. The nursing staff and aides that I have met personally throughout my dad's care so far have been wonderful, caring and compassionate. My Dad is at Rae Ann Suburban, ? he is well taken care of, by a wonderful staff that really cares. I would like to thank Gail Seali and Katie Hazen for all their help they have given me while I was navigating unknown territory. I could not have imagined such caring and personable ladies.
The facility had no hot water for three days, which is unacceptable. The long-term care side is atrocious. Staff fought with the family during the grandmother's dying process. The grandmother's belongings were removed less than 18 hours after she died. There is no respect for life, residents, or grieving families there. There was poor care: a lift broke and dropped a resident to the floor. An insulin error required a trip to the emergency room. The facility appears to be focused on money rather than patient care. The rooms are among the smallest seen in elder care facilities.
