This facility smells very very bad and the staff is not helpful at all. They left my mentally disabled mother stranded at a nearby hospital at night, with none of her belongings and told the hospital she was their problem now and drove off. This place needs to be shut down. They seriously let this guy scream outside his window for hours and hours and hours non stop. Not shutting his window and letting it go on from 9pm to 6am literally non stop. They lie about things such as weight (not being taken yet recorded as updated). Not providing proper hygiene, yet it's recorded as done. Medications not ordered on time, therefore patients miss proper doses. The administration does not have a contingency plan for outbreaks such as COVID. Food is terrible. Cold foods arrive warm, hot meals arrive cold.
