The team is first-rate, very professional, and Maiara and the rest of them really outdid themselves at a back to school event. This facility had top-notch facilities and service, and the staff made us feel welcome and comfortable during treatments. This facility has a wonderful liaison—Kirstin—who is responsive and always does her best to accommodate placements. The staff are kind and caring. Excellent care, great facilities, efficient staff. The rehabilitation therapists are excellent at what they do. The front office staff are always greeting visitors and are polite. The staff is friendly and helpful. This facility goes above and beyond to provide excellent care. The housekeeping staff keeps the facility very clean, and the food is good too. The residents are always happy and smiling. The environment reflects an upbeat and positive atmosphere. The new staff are amazing here.
