Tarsha, Charvell, Joeseph and the rest of the crew are awesome. The facility exceeded the family’s expectations by 110%. Ms. Lisa, who cleans, is awesome. Tarsha Watkins is the most friendly person. Shannon, the nurse on Sunday, makes sure the residents are happy. The kitchen manager provides great food for the residents. Mr. Joseph does whatever it takes to keep residents’ clothes and rooms in top shape. The staff are very friendly, the chef offers a varied menu, and activities are diversified. Sycamore Place is the right place at the right time for mom. The staff at Sycamore Place is GREAT and mom’s care is excellent. The experience over time proves it was the right choice for mom. Sycamore Place is an outstanding facility that offers residents a safe and professional home. The nurses keep families informed about residents’ status. The administrator has done an outstanding job overseeing the facility through challenges. The staff at Sycamore Place are heroes. The place feels like home and offers programs seven days a week to engage residents. It is a Godsend; the staff care about mom and she feels loved and cared for.
