They listen to our questions, and provide timely answers. The staff is respectful and helpful. The facility is very clean and well kept. The facility is clean, comfortable, & stylish. Their staff is cheerful & tenacious while advocating for their residents. The Providence Elderplace (PACE) program is essentially fully integrated healthcare. Elderplace will shuttle and escort residents to appointments and they also have regular visits to Sunnyside so that the residents don’t have to leave. The facility was clean, bright, had a good layout, and had one of the more active activity calendars.
The place needs to be investigated ASAP. The management change at the end of 2022 ruined the environment and the experience. The building is trash. The place is unprofessional.
