The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The facility is clean and well-maintained. The staff goes above and beyond to provide care for residents. The community treats residents like family. The staff takes time to interact individually with each resident. Front desk staff are professional and courteous. The new administrator is expected to improve the facility. The community has a warm and homey atmosphere. Staff members are dedicated and helpful. The community is comfortable and clean.
They no longer have a nurse on staff. They do not have an activities director, therefore there are no activities. The director is unprofessional and rude. My loved one fell and they do not know how or when, and they do not have an incident report written up. The price is high for what they're offering right now. This community was not a good place and they were not able to complete the care that they promised they would be able to provide for my love one. Mom did not like this place.
