They took her for a shower two or three times in the 3 weeks that she was there. She didn't change them right away, she took the old sheets off, and didn't come back with new ones for at least 6 hours. From the first day she got there (Tuesday) she had been complaining that her mouth and throat were bothering her to the point where she could hardly eat. The driver came back to get her, we asked why he didn't leave her with a second oxygen tank and he rolled his eyes, and said he did. We immediately requested a meeting with the director and nothing was really solved. It seemed like she just said what we wanted to hear but nothing actually changed. The overall facility is a great place, but please please make sure your loved one is properly cared for on the weekends the staff are lazy and are only there for a paycheck. Becky, supervisor of discharging, failed to notify any family members.
