Cody and Lucy did everything they could to make the move easy, with Lucy helping to tailor the apartment to their preferences. Cody was extremely professional, helpful, and knowledgeable, explaining everything in detail. Cody helped the aunt move in last week; she absolutely loves him and the process was super simple. Samantha Rumpeltin was super helpful and friendly during the tour; definitely recommend. The facility is excellent; the staff are pleasant and follow up quickly with residents' needs. Marisa Farula, the activity director, runs activities constantly, brings in entertainers, takes residents shopping and to luncheons; she has a generous heart and residents feel safe. My great-aunt loves Sunflower Springs; she praises the staff's care, meals and activities, and has not been this happy in years. The community is warm and inviting, clean, with great staff, great food, and many activities. Vickie G. never slows down; she works every minute and covers activities, dining, memory care, the ice cream parlor, and front desk as needed.
