The staff at Country Village are very compassionate and caring. Country Village is a wonderful place with wonderful people. The staff cared for residents with kindness and understanding, including in their last days. The facility provided excellent care and allowed families the caregiving breaks they needed. There is a homey feel in both the House and Commons buildings. The staff listened to families when questions or suggestions were raised. They worked with families to make residents' experiences comfortable and pleasant. The staff are fantastic and truly love and care for their residents.
The staff could seriously work on their friendliness. Too many incidents without answers. This is not the same reputable memory care home it was several years ago. Terrifying incidents take place. A newly promoted manager, Nina, should not be in that position. They should not be trusted with giving medications. The staff purposely irritate or poke fun at residents.
