Very compassionate and caring staff. Wonderful people, wonderful place. The staff at Country Village cared for their mom with kindness and understanding, and supported her with skill and tenderness in her last days. Country Village Assisted Living is a lovely place with excellent care; the staff are friendly, caring, and committed to good care. The whole staff - the owner, management, caregivers, chef/cooks, and maintenance people - are amazingly caring. They worked with the family to make the resident's experience comfortable and pleasant, listening to questions and suggestions and acting as one big team.
The staff could seriously work on their friendliness. There have been too many incidents without answers, and the reviewer would never recommend this home for a memory-care loved one. A newly promoted manager, Nina, should not be in that position, and the reviewer had a terrible experience with her. Nina does not handle stress well and ignores the needs of residents. The reviewer states that they should not be trusted with giving medications and questions the honesty of the facility. Management and staff are very unprofessional and tell lies after lies.
