Cynthia, the owner/operator, was very friendly and accommodating. The house is located in a pretty area. The caregivers were very accommodating and caring. The home has nice arrangements and an enclosed patio. There are some in-home activities available for the residents.
The place is absolutely gross with flies, maggots, mold, and dirty clothes everywhere. There is no assistance with meds, laundry, food, etc. and residents are on their own. Only one bathroom for up to 6 people. There was a pit bull that attacked another dog while unleashed. The place is despicably filthy with no available food for residents. They only serve one meal a day (if the cook is there) and residents eat off paper plates on their beds. The entry ramp is unstable and rotting, posing a safety hazard. The backyard pool is full of debris. The owner did not seem caring at all and the place smelled horrible. The caregiver was unprepared and did not even know about the visitor's arrival.
