The senior apartment community has a terrific leasing and maintenance team. There are lots of opportunities for social activities, friendly staff, and reasonable prices. The community is very clean and offers excellent living for 55 and older. Nikki and Elizabeth are praised for their warmth, helpfulness, and engaging approach to residents. The pool has been cleaned and looks amazing. Tony and Dom are described as the best maintenance staff Everleigh has ever had. The 55+ community is absolutely gorgeous inside and out, well kept, and in a great location. Everleigh is an outstanding community with friendly staff, abundant amenities, and active resident engagement.
The elevator broke with her belongings inside, and there was no urgency to resolve it, taking weeks to retrieve them. Nickel and diming vulnerable elderly residents is disgusting. The management company said they were not responsible for residents’ safety after a break-in. There is discrimination and outrageously high prices that make it unaffordable for many seniors. There is very frequent turnover of all office and maintenance staff. Management does not enforce pet policies, resulting in dog waste in the halls and elevators.
