Three years ago, Ben and I moved into Touchmark, first in the independent living area and then transferring to the Meadows Assisted Living section when more support was needed. Since making the switch, we have been consistently pleased with the care and the community. Our experience has shown a steady thread of thoughtful attention, skilled caregiving, and a warm, family-like atmosphere that has made this place feel like home for both of us.

The heart of our experience lies with the caregivers. They are described as highly trained, respectful, and unfailingly patient. Whenever we ask for something - even tasks that aren't pleasant - they respond without complaint and always inquire if there is anything else we need. Their kindness seems to extend beyond routine duties, and we often hear of their ability to do more than what's expected. In the words of one reviewer, "They are all wonderful," underscoring the consistency of care across the staff.
