The staff here made the transition so smooth. Candice, the Resident Care Director, has been amazing. Candice's compassion, professionalism, and communication give the family peace of mind. The care team, nurses, and caregivers go above and beyond to make residents feel comfortable, safe, and respected. The community is clean, modern, and extremely well-maintained. The activities, dining, and social engagement help residents stay active and connected. The staff takes time to get to know each resident personally, which sets this community apart. The team truly understands senior care, dementia support, and family needs. The administrators who run the facility are rock stars.
