The reviewer had to call to stop the staff from giving meds at the wrong times. The facility promises help with jobs and transportation but makes it nearly impossible to work by not driving on weekends and by requiring weekend work. There is a higher-level-care staff member who punches residents and staff, and nothing is done about it. There are hazards such as a live wire in the boiler room taped to a water pipe. During a basement flood, staff watched as residents cleaned up sewage water and did not offer gloves or help.This community is best suited for residents who want a small, neighborly setting with approachable staff and who can benefit from a housing-like atmosphere more than a clinical, high-acuity environment.
