Review

Moving a loved one from assisted living to memory care can be a challenging and emotional process. For this particular individual, the transition was made even more difficult by the fact that the initial memory care facility turned out to be less than satisfactory. However, they were fortunate enough to find a better option in Sage Meadows of Middleton.

When they toured Sage Meadows with Dawn and Colin, they immediately felt a sense of genuine care and compassion from the staff. It was clear that the employees at this facility were well taken care of, which in turn allowed them to provide excellent care for the residents. This reassurance was essential for the family as they moved their mother into Sage Meadows on August 22nd, 2020.

One aspect that stood out to them was the level of communication they received from Sage Meadows compared to their previous experience. In just three weeks, they had already received more updates and information than they had in nine months at the previous facility. This improved communication gave them peace of mind and confidence in their decision to choose Sage Meadows.

While most of the staff at Sage Meadows were praised for their dedication and commitment to their residents, it should be noted that they have an extensive range of responsibilities beyond just caregiving. Despite being a small facility, the staff members are also responsible for cleaning rooms, preparing meals, and organizing activities for the residents. This versatility showcases their hardworking nature and willingness to go above and beyond for those under their care.

The family highly recommends Sage Meadows based on their positive experiences thus far. The compassionate nature of the staff coupled with improved communication has provided them with reassurance during this challenging time. Furthermore, knowing that the staff is well-supported allows them to trust in the quality of care provided at this facility.

Overall, while navigating through different memory care facilities may be difficult, finding a place like Sage Meadows can make all the difference. With an emphasis on compassionate care and proactive communication, this facility stands out as a reliable and trustworthy option for individuals seeking memory care services for their loved ones.
