The facility is well maintained and the staff is friendly. My loved one's needs are catered to, and they can participate in many activities. Most of the staff were great. When I walked into the community everybody said Hi, and they were very friendly. The one person in charge was really into being a caretaker, almost like her second home. Have had a wonderful experience, everyone is so friendly and helpful. Any problems that have come up, the staff has taken care of in a very timely manner. Ruby enjoys the activities to participate in. The community feels like home instead of an institutional place or hotel setting. The rooms were small but the staff have a lot of duty and take care of their residents.
