The library, exercise area, and two lounges provide welcoming spaces for residents to socialize. A full nursing staff is on site 24/7, ensuring around-the-clock care. The layout is accessible and easy for residents to get around. The staff are kind, caring, and consistently attentive to residents.
The staff turnover is high, and staff quality has slipped significantly during and after the Pandemic. The Executive Director's hires last only about two months, resulting in zero consistency in communication to caregivers or residents. They have been severely understaffed for the past 9?12 months, with seemingly no plan to address it. My mother-in-law receives terrible service here; the facility is greatly understaffed, residents are ignored when they call for help, and the food selection is minimal and unpalatable, with promises of more staff proven false. This place needs to be shut down; the few staff are overworked and the administration is incompetent and unpleasant to work with.
