The facility appears to be in bad shape. We did not like Windsor House Greenville AT ALL. It looked like a funeral home and just felt depressing. The community itself needs some TLC, it was not bright or welcoming or felt just very dark. It wasn't the best fit for my loved one. Just a little too expensive for us. I wish they had more alternate choices other than grilled cheese sandwich or soup. The food could use a little more variety, maybe something other than the southern-style food they usually serve.
