Those residents asked for the staff to keep visiting They are understaffed which causes some issues, they could definitely use more help and give the residents more care. There was a terrible smell and we didn't see any interaction between the residents and staff. They will not check on residents regularly or keep up with their laundry and personal belongings. They are often understaffed and can't provide the attention to the residents which makes it assisted living. They will lose your loved ones valuables. The food is probably the worst I've ever seen. Not for mom as too expensive for shared rooms and out of reach for a single. The shared room which was available was small and could be manageable, but I found it unprofessional that the personality of the resident was discussed just outside the door.
