The staff are courteous and friendly. The facility is clean, beautiful, and well maintained. The residents seem very much at ease and at home. There are many activities per day that keep residents engaged. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff are attentive, caring, and take time to know the residents. Tasha is praised for making transitions easy and painless. Benton House provides a safe, positive, and caring atmosphere with independence and plenty of activities.

After moving him, they received an incorrect bill in another person's name and were threatened with legal action.
