They sent a great caregiver. The couple really liked her. The caregiver left a positive impression on the family. The reviewer believes the service would have earned high marks if the schedule had not been changed.
The scheduler named Laura kept changing the caregiver's schedule. If Laura had left the caregiver alone and let her work, they would have gotten high marks. They believe that old people do not like to be lied to and pushed around. They will not allow their husband to be disrespected and disregarded. They do not recommend this company.We hired this company to care for my husband, and there was a mix of promise and frustration in the experience. At the outset, a caregiver arrived who seemed capable and pleasant, and both my husband and I really connected with her. Her presence gave us hope that we would have reliable, compassionate help, and for a moment the arrangement felt hopeful and reassuring. The initial impression was positive, and we appreciated the warmth and competence she showed.
The trouble began with the scheduling. The caregiver who worked with us claimed that the scheduler, Laura, kept changing her shifts and plans.
