The staff are amazing. Deanna is the perfect point of contact, always responsive and pleasant to talk to. The Promenade at Chestnut Ridge is a warm and welcoming community. The facility is kept very clean. The food is quite good, with plenty of options. The staff are friendly and caring, and the residents have formed strong friendships. The Promenade offers three meals daily and on-site medical assistance. The activities program keeps residents engaged and happy. Debbie and Gail are compassionate, responsive leaders who put families at ease. The atmosphere feels like a family home with a strong sense of community.
The aides are terrible and nasty. The food is subpar, with no breakfast meat, bleak lunches, and dinners limited to one hot offering or sandwiches.
